| You can borrow the C$ 400,000 from a financial
institution but you must pay the interest and fees (about C$ 120,000)
before you get the loan. We can help you obtain the loan. There
are two steps in the immigration process under the Immigrant Investor
Program:
| 1- The first step is to lodge an immigration application.
We will help:
a) Complete and submit your immigration application
and supporting documents,
b) Prepare you for the immigration interview (an interview
is not always necessary),
c) Get your application approved as soon as possible.
2- The second step is to invest the CDN $400,000 with
the Government of Canada. If you do not wish to liquidate
your assets to make the CDN $400,000 mandatory deposit,
we can help you borrow that amount in which case you would
only need about CDN $ 120,000 (approx. $US 80,000). |
